How can I get more information about enrolling my child at CCA?
First, fill out our form located here. This will give you the opportunity to briefly inform us your child's name, grades you're interested in, and give us a heads up of any questions you might have. You can also call the school at 620-431-7777. Our secretary will be able to direct your call to the appropriate person or answer your questions.
What happens next?
Someone from the school will reach out to you to set up a school tour and to answer any questions you may have.
Applying at CCA.
After you have completed the school tour and you feel that CCA would be a good fit for your family, you can fill out an application here. Once the application is completed, our administrator will schedule a time to meet with you in person. This "interview" will help the school get to know you better and will give you an opportunity to ask questions about our school.
What do I need to enroll my child?
Several documents are required for enrollment at CCA. A copy of your child's birth certificate, immunization record, and Kansas Health Assessment Form (for NEW students only) must be on file for each student that is enrolled. These are all mandated by the state of Kansas. Chanute Christian Academy will also need you to fill out an emergency contact form, medication administration form, and a form indicating who is authorized to pick your child up from school. Several fees are needed at the time of enrollment. Books, maintenance, and enrollment fees can be found in the drop down menu by selecting the tab "Tuition and Fees" or clicking here.
Can my child take courses through CCA if we homeschool?
Yes! CCA offers classes for homeschool students. Please call the school office to get an updated fee schedule.
