CCA Chess Club

CCA is pleased to offer Chess Club to students in 6th through 12th grade! (Some 1st through 5th graders can participate if parents attend the tournaments.) Students in Chess Club practice from 3:00 PM-4:00 PM one day per week. Students will learn the basics of chess along with notation. Chess Club members will compete in 4 competitions for the 2023-2024 school year. Those players that medal in at least two tournaments will qualify to go to the State Chess Tournament in March 2024!
